Privacy choices

You can see, correct, and delete what Alula has saved. The details of what is stored are in the privacy policy.

See or correct your logs

Open the app and edit what you logged. To ask for a copy of the account record, email ephremadugna1219@gmail.com from the address you want the copy sent to. Include the name on your Apple ID, or the email Apple used for Alula.

Delete the saved logs

In the app, open You and choose Reset all data. That removes the saved account record and the data on that phone, including photos and documents stored on the phone. You stay signed in, and an empty record can be saved again.

Sign out clears Alula’s data on that phone. It does not delete the account record.

Reset does not delete your Apple ID or the Firebase sign-in user. Email ephremadugna1219@gmail.com if you want the saved account record removed and you cannot do it in the app. Say that you want deletion, and include the name or email on the Apple ID.

Waitlist

If you joined the waitlist on the website, email ephremadugna1219@gmail.com from the address you used and say you want the waitlist entry removed.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not offer a separate sale or share opt-out because there is no sale and no ad sharing to turn off.
